What we collect: the website address you enter, the public check results, and your IP address for a short time (about 1 hour) to limit free checks to 5 per hour. If you buy, Payhip sends us your email, name and order ID.
Why: to show your report, prevent abuse, and deliver what you bought (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
How long: reports are deleted after 90 days. Order records are kept as long as tax law requires (in Italy, usually 10 years).
Who processes it: Cloudflare (hosting), Payhip and PayPal/Stripe (payments). We don’t sell data and use no tracking or ad cookies.
Your rights: access, correction, deletion, objection and complaint to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. Email us to use them.
