Fix Pack (€29): if the pack doesn’t match your site or doesn’t work as described, email us within 7 days of delivery and we refund you in full. No long forms.
Install (€149): full refund if we haven’t started. If the work is done and something is wrong, we fix it free. If we can’t, we refund within 7 days of finishing.
EU right of withdrawal: for digital content you normally have 14 days to withdraw. At checkout you agree that delivery starts right away and that you lose this right once it starts. Our 7-day refund above still applies. For the install (a service), you can withdraw within 14 days, and if you ask us to start sooner, you pay only for work already done.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 days.
